Job Description:-
Experience in IT Industry involving in Application Support, ProductionSupport and Maintenance using Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL) UNIX, Shell Scripting.
> Proficient in production Support and application Maintenance operations.
> Good skills in Oracle 9i (SQL, PL/SQL), UNIX, Shell Scripting
> Experience in L1 and L2 level of Production Support.
> Monitor & resolve all the P1/P2/P3 tickets in our queue
> Experienced in Client/Server and Linux based Applications.
> Good understanding on Incident Management/Problem Management.
> Have a good technical background in Linux and Oracle arena and is able to meet objectives in team related projects.
> Involved in code level investigation of the jobs (Linux, SQL, PL/SQL)
> Handled different projects simultaneously.
> Having sufficient workflow knowledge in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) process
