• Good Quality Coding Standards 
• Support processes and the department in achieving the objective of enhancing the customer experience 
• Use of OOPS 
• 3 – Tier Architecture 
• Visual Studio 2005 familiarity 
• Awareness of Coding Standards 
• Knowledge of JavaScript 
• SQL Server 2005 familiarity 
• Deliveries in SDLC Life cycle 
• Interaction with Stakeholders 
• Tracking and working on tasks 

Skill Sets 
Experience : Minimum 1.0 years in ASP.NET 2.0/3/0/3.5/4.0, C#, SQL Server 2005/2008
REQUIRED SKILLS : 
• ASP.Net 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 in C# 
• XML and its usage and related techniques (XSLT, XSD, XPATH, etc.) 
• SQL Server 2005 
• MS Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 
• MS Visual Source Safe 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
People Skills; Team player; ability to put across ideas/thoughts 

Preferred Skills: 
• WCF, WPF, WF, WWF 
• SSIS, SSRS 
• SharePoint, VSTFS 

Educational Qualifications : Preferred BE (Mumbai / Pune University)
