Responsible for the design, development, testing, delivery and sustenance of the Flipkart's mobile products in the retail space. The position will require the engineer to interact with different engineering and product teams to create engaging applications and also contribute to
Responsibilities
* End to end ownership of the mobile products you work on including but not limited to design, development, testing and delivery
* Maintenance and sustenance of the products across Mobile OS versions
* Responsibility of lifecycle management of the product on various delivery platforms and app stores
* Strong cross-functional contribution in defining and delivering the roadmap for products on mobile and tablet devices
* Conforming to industry standards for mobile application development, creating internal technical documents and mentoring junior engineers
Requirements
* 2-4 Years of Native application development experience on Smartphones(any platform) with expertise on C#.
o Experience on C#, XAML
* Experience using mobile platform programming environments - Visual Studio
* Experience in using testing and conformance frameworks for Windows Phone / Windows 8 RT
* Experience using Web Services and Data parsing using XML, JSON etc
* BE/BTech in Computer Science , Computer Engineering or Related disciplines
* Software engineer with strong analytical skills and verbal as well as written communication skills
* Self-starter with ability cope with sharp learning curves
* Strong individual contributor who can work independently as well as in a high energy team
